  1. The Tracy’s is beautiful. We would prefer having a tub though. Also would prefer the sleeping area be upstairs, so that if you want to have windows open at night you can. Can you give me the loft sleeping/living area dimensions and also the lower living room area? What is the price on this one?

    1. Thank you for responding to our website ad. If you would want a tub, you would have to have the bathroom either upfront or a full 30 foot tiny house trailer frame. Tracy‘s is 30 foot because of the 2 foot bump out up in her office living room area. So the dimension of a bedroom upstairs would depend on how long a trailer you would have. on her upstairs office it was 9 foot long and most Tiny completed are about 92 inches wide inside. and that is based on an 8 foot six wide trailer. and have an upstairs loft for sleeping would depend on how much headroom you want below it in the living quarters. For hers, she was only 53 inches tall in her lower bedroom because she wanted the space up on top to stand up. typical height on the high side or peak would be roughly 10‘4“ from the main floor. The cost of her Tiny was $75,000.
